Have you ever heard music that just spoke to your soul? Have you ever heard music with no lyrics where each instrument used said something? Gil Smith has such a special gift. Gil Smith gives himself over to the music and knows exactly how to speak through different sounds. I remember hearing Gil Smith's tracks for the first time. I didn't know him then, but I had to have his sound on one of my projects! He produced the song "Girl Talk" on my third album Girl Talk. Not only is Gil Smith a talented producer but he is a musical director for many of the stars! You may find him in the background, but without his skills, things in the forefront would crumble! Gil Smith is a great example of how to be humble in such a great position.
Gil Smith has worked with pretty much everyone in the industry and he is definitely someone that you NEED to know! Remember the name!!
